Job Description

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with brand standards.

• Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.

• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Indonesian Nationality (mandatory).

• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment preferred.

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.

• Strong passion for food and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a multicultural team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
