HIT Human Resource Consultancy is hiring a Commis Chef – Tandoor & Curry for a reputed 4-star hotel in Dubai. The candidate should be hardworking, energetic, and passionate about Indian cuisine, especially in the Tandoor and Curry sections.

Requirements:

• Experience in Indian Tandoor or Curry section (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Good knowledge of Indian spices, kebabs, grills, gravies, and cooking techniques
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Must be currently in UAE and available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in daily food preparation for Tandoor and Curry sections
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the work area
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Support senior chefs in kitchen operations
