  • We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I Chef to join our fine-dining kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Continental cuisine and be capable of handling both hot and cold kitchen operations efficiently. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s fine-dining standards.

  • Handle both hot kitchen (grill, sauté, sauces) and cold kitchen (salads, appetizers, dressings, plating) sections as required.

  • Ensure all mise-en-place is completed before service.

  • Maintain consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation.

  • Assist senior chefs in menu planning, food trials, and daily operations.

  • Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards as per HACCP guidelines.

  • Manage inventory and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly.

  • Support a positive and professional team environment.

  • Adhere to all kitchen safety and food handling procedures.
