Commission Based Digital Sales Rep (Remote) – SEO & Web Design – 15% Monthly Recurring

You will work with and communicate with Jack who heads the digital sales department and business development at BriteStar and he will be your direct report/supervisor

This role will start as primarily cold call based with tracking done by rep via shared spreadsheet. The leads will be provided to you if are a good fit this role can grow into a full time W2 role with crm build out etc —- please read details below and book meeting if seriously interested there is a ton of opportunity here and we hope to bring some good motivated people onto the team!

What You’ll Be Selling:

• Local SEO packages ($500–$2,500/month)
• National SEO Packages ($2000-$5000/month)
• E Comm SEO Packages ( $1500-$5000/ month)
• Website design packages ($2,500 and up one-time projects)

What You Get:

• 15% recurring monthly commission (SEO clients)
• 15% one time commission on web design projects
• $100 bonus for every 3 new SEO clients signed in a calendar month (paid after their first full month)
• $250 quarterly bonus if your average monthly commission exceeds $2,000
• Full training, pitch deck, email templates, and call scripts
• primarily cold calling based on data lists we will provide —> some warm leads will be available after first month or two with company and/or bring your own network
• Start as 1099 independent contractor can move to W2 in 6+ months if desired

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, motivated, and organized
• Comfortable having simple conversations with business owners
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Self-starters who want to build residual income

Compensation:

• 15% recurring monthly commission (SEO clients)
• 15% one time commission on web design projects

100% commission — average reps will earn $1,000–$3,000/month with zero limit on earning potential.
