Commission-Based Esthetician / Laser Practitioner

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician and/or Laser Practitioner who is driven, personable, and entrepreneurial. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone who is confident in building and maintaining their own clientele while contributing to the overall success of the studio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional skincare and/or laser treatments based on client needs
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Actively promote services and bring in new clients through outreach and networking
• Educate clients on treatments, skincare routines, and product recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Contribute positively to the team environment and studio growth

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician and/or Laser Practitioner license (as required by state)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client retention
• Willingness to actively market yourself and attract new clients
• Fluent in English (required)
• Spanish and/or Portuguese (highly preferred)
