Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and connect with potential clients.
• Promote and sell company properties and services.
• Close deals and ensure smooth client communication.
• Report daily/weekly progress to the management.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company ethically.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Target-driven and motivated.
• Access to smartphone or computer with internet.

Compensation:

• 50% commission on every successful sale.
• Flexible remote work schedule.
• No fixed salary; earning potential depends on performance.
