We are expanding our outreach team and seeking motivated sales professionals who want to build a sustainable, recurring income by developing long-term referral partnerships.

Role Overview

This role focuses on generating new home care clients by building referral relationships within an assigned territory. Success is measured by relationship consistency, referrals generated, and long-term client retention—not transactional sales volume.

This position is ideal for individuals who are self-directed, relationship-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with senior living communities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations
• Execute a consistent, relationship-driven outreach strategy within the assigned territory
• Conduct in-person visits, follow-ups, and relationship check-ins
• Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and client pipeline
• Coordinate with internal administrative and care teams to support smooth client onboarding
• Build and manage a long-term book of business with recurring commission potential

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outside sales, business development, or relationship-based roles
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or related service industries preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable operating in a commission-only compensation structure
• Reliable transportation required for field-based work

Commission & Earnings Structure

• Commission is earned as a percentage of weekly client billing for as long as the client remains active
