We are a professional truck dispatching service that partners with owner-operators and small carriers to manage load booking, rate negotiation, and operational support. Our focus is helping carriers maximize revenue while we handle the dispatch process efficiently and professionally.

We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative responsible for onboarding new carriers and independent drivers to our dispatching services.

This is a fully commission-based opportunity designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate and close business within the logistics industry.

Position Details

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Location: Remote
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

Compensation Structure

• 50% commission on each newly onboarded carrier’s first payout
• Uncapped earning potential
• Performance-based income growth

This structure is designed to reward strong closers and motivated professionals who can consistently generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage owner-operators and carriers
• Present dispatching services in a clear and professional manner
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Close new business and coordinate onboarding
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required
• Experience in dispatch or trucking industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working evening shift hours
