We already work with agents, investors, and wholesalers across the U.S., and now we’re scaling our international sales division in Egypt to help us source and sell more deals every month.

Role Overview

We’re hiring Commission-Only Sales Representatives for both Acquisitions (Acq) and Dispositions (Dispo).

• Acquisitions reps will focus on sourcing motivated property deals and negotiating contracts.
• Dispositions reps will focus on building relationships with investors and selling contracts for profit.

Both sides of the business require strong underwriting skills to evaluate whether a deal makes sense and to pitch it with confidence.

This role is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings. If you’re hungry, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll make U.S.-level income while working from Egypt.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisitions (Acq)

• Choose your route:
• Direct Sellers – Work directly with homeowners looking to sell fast.
• Agents – Build relationships with realtors who bring you deals.
• Wholesalers – Partner with other wholesalers to JV or take over their contracts.
• (Or run a hybrid model mixing all three routes.)
• Run property analysis & underwriting on cash, flip, rental, and creative finance deals.
• Negotiate with sellers/agents/wholesalers to secure contracts that fit our buy box.
• Handle objections and guide sellers toward realistic expectations.

Dispositions (Dispo)

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, flippers, landlords, hedge funds.
• Market deals across email, text, calls, and investor groups.
• Underwrite every deal type to ensure you pitch it confidently and correctly.
• Negotiate assignment fees, manage buyer offers, and run bidding processes.
• Schedule walkthroughs, handle feedback, and close buyers with urgency.

KPIs & Goals

We run a numbers-driven sales organization. You’ll be measured on:

• Dials / Conversations per day (Acq)
• Buyer Outreach / Follow-Ups per deal (Dispo)
• Contracts Secured per month (Acq)
• Assignment Fees Closed per month (Dispo)
• Revenue Goals: Each rep expected to push $25K–$50K+ in monthly assignment fees.

This is not a “clock in / clock out” job — this is a performance game.

Requirements

✅ 1–5 years of sales experience (real estate, insurance, B2B, call center, etc.)
✅ Strong English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
✅ Ability to analyze & underwrite deals (training provided)
Familiarity with CRM tools (Go High Level, Salesforce, Podio, etc.)
Based in Egypt with reliable internet + headset/quiet workspace
Available to work U.S. business hours

Compensation

• Average assignment fee: $10,000
• Acq Commissions: 10–15% ($1,000–$1,500 per deal)
• Dispo Commissions: 15–20% ($1,500–$2,000 per deal)
• Top closers: $8K–$15K+ USD/month
