Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Lahore. The Sales Associate will focus on identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting PAK PORTS’ logistics and supply chain services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to acquiring new clients
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred
