Martinez Financial Group Strategies LLC is seeking a driven Commission Sales Associate to help expand our client base by connecting with small business owners and introducing them to our accounting, bookkeeping, and Premier Fractional CFO services.

In this role, you will engage with business owners, identify financial pain points, and introduce solutions that help them gain clarity over their numbers, improve profitability, and scale their businesses.

This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy building relationships, and want the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by closing high-value service clients.

Duties

• Identify and engage with small business owners who may benefit from professional accounting, bookkeeping, or fractional CFO services
• Start conversations with business owners to understand their financial challenges, including bookkeeping, cash flow management, and job costing
• Present Martinez Financial Group Strategies LLC as a done-for-you accounting department and Premier Fractional CFO solution
• Educate prospects on the value of financial visibility, accurate bookkeeping, and strategic financial guidance
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and the MFG leadership team
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication to move prospects through the sales process
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, local businesses, and industry gatherings
• Maintain organized records of prospects, conversations, and opportunities within the company CRM

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to confidently approach and speak with business owners
• Sales experience or customer service experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to identify opportunities and naturally introduce solutions
• Professional phone and messaging etiquette
• Basic understanding of business operations or financial services is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking tools is beneficial

Pay: $51,293.61 - $150,000.00 per year
