We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join our specialist building services team. You’ll be responsible for commissioning HVAC and water systems to ensure optimal performance, working in line with CIBSE Code A and W standards.

Key responsibilities:

Commission and balance air and water systems in accordance with CIBSE Code A & W

Complete functional testing of HVAC systems and associated controls

Prepare accurate commissioning reports and documentation

Liaise with site teams, contractors, and clients to coordinate commissioning activities

Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures

Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:

Proven experience in commissioning of HVAC and water systems

Strong understanding of CIBSE commissioning codes and building services systems

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Valid CSCS card and UK driving licence

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile team
