Commissioning Engineer – Protection & Control

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and testing of protection and control systems in high-voltage

transmission projects.

• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with design specifications, project

requirements, and international standards.

• Provide technical guidance to site teams to resolve protection and control issues.

• Prepare and review technical reports, commissioning documentation, and test results.

• Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and

accurate commissioning.

• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving during site commissioning and handover.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving skills to propose effective technical solutions.

• Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, BS, and other relevant international standards.

• Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
