About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead and oversee the commissioning of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing the commissioning process for large, complex facilities and ensuring all systems are tested, verified, and handed over to operational teams in full compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of commissioning activities across all project systems and disciplines.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, test procedures, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and contractor teams to ensure seamless commissioning and handover.
- Oversee functional testing, performance validation, troubleshooting, and acceptance processes.
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare commissioning reports, track progress, and present updates to project leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the commissioning of large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Experience serving as a Commissioning Manager (or equivalent) on at least five projects of similar scope and value.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures spanning civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across various functional groups.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
