As we expand our Gold & Silver Token Project, we are looking for an experienced Commodities Specialist who understands the precious metals world inside out - from sourcing to logistics, audits, vendor management, and supply chain integrity.

This is a high-impact role where traditional commodities expertise meets blockchain innovation.

Precious Metals Operations

• Oversee end-to-end handling of physical gold and silver.
• Manage authentication, purity checks, valuation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with refineries, dealers, vaults, and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and support physical audits.
• Lead sourcing, procurement, and delivery planning for gold and silver.
• Handle relationships with logistics companies and secure vaulting facilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE trade regulations, customs, and industry standards.
• Manage shipping, insurance, chain-of-custody records, and storage workflows.
• Partner with blockchain teams to link physical assets to digital tokens.
• Ensure accurate, real-time updates of inventory for token issuance.
• Maintain transparency and audit readiness.
• Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and responsible sourcing standards.
• Implement controls to minimize operational and supply chain risks.
• Prepare reporting for management, auditors, and regulators.
• Build and manage relationships with refineries, vaulting partners, bullion banks, and logistics vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level terms.
• Monitor performance and ensure partners meet operational and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 8+ years in gold/silver commodities, bullion trading, or precious metals operations.
• Strong expertise in physical metals logistics, storage, verification, and supply chain.
• Experience with vaults, refineries, or bullion dealers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience with tokenization, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset ecosystems.
• Knowledge of UAE bullion markets, DMCC rules, and global gold/silver standards.
