Common Block Brewing, Front of House Team

Overview:
Spring is here and we are looking to add some outstanding people to our Front of House (service) teams. We are looking for people that are quick to learn and get a kick out of facilitating our guests' enjoyment of craft beer, food and Southern Oregon (we have locations in Medford and Klamath Falls!)

Location – We think all of southern Oregon is pretty fantastic, but we’re especially fond of the downtown Medford Commons and downtown Klamath Falls, near Klamath Commons Park…. strange coincidence. Both locations are centrally located, easy to access, and have lots of bike-friendly parking.

Culture – Relaxed, professional, and fast-paced. On the outside: jeans and t-shirts. On the inside: a team that gets paid to be kind, stay active, and do great work together.

Friendly – You must enjoy interacting with both coworkers and customers in a fun and social setting

Team players – The brewpub seats a lot of guests year round, and working hand-in-hand to give our guests a memorable experience is a must!

• Only 21+ over. All front-of-house staff rotate through all positions, including pouring and serving beer, wine and cocktails.
• All front of house positions require a minimum availability of three shifts per week, including flexiblity to work least two of the following days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Salary: All Front of House employees make minimum wage plus tip pool.

Standing on feet and/or walking for long periods of time
Lifting up to 50 pounds
