is a brand-new multi-concept food and craft beverage hall with a speakeasy-style restaurant, opening soon in South Boston, MA.
We are hosting an in-person open house to meet passionate Front of House professionals who want to be part of a polished, hospitality-driven opening.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR, FOH
Servers –
Servers will engage with guests to create a warm, welcoming dining experience while delivering attentive, knowledgeable table service in a fast-paced, elevated environment.
Hosts –
Hosts are the first impression of Common Craft and play a key role in setting the tone of service. This position requires strong communication, organization, and a genuine hospitality mindset.
ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
Common Craft is designed to deliver a different kind of night out. The concept is rooted in craft — the producers, places, tools, and techniques behind food and drink. Our space brings together multiple food and beverage experiences under one roof, including a vibrant dining room and an intimate speakeasy-style cocktail experience. The atmosphere is social, intentional, and elevated without being pretentious.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking FOH team members who:
Take pride in genuine hospitality
Enjoy engaging with guests and guiding experiences
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Care about professionalism, consistency, and service standards
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred. Familiarity with Toast and OpenTable is a plus.

The Current South Boston is a new 133-seat full-service restaurant with a dedicated 33-seat cocktail room, designed to deliver a different kind of night out.
The concept is rooted in craft — the producers, places, tools, and techniques behind food and drink.
Our menu rotates through immersive culinary themes focused on a single product, process, place, tool, or person.
This is a dynamic, evolving kitchen — not a static menu.
