- Oversee the handling of inbound and outbound correspondence, ensuring timely registration, distribution, and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Establish and uphold a comprehensive record-keeping system that accurately captures, classifies, and preserves all relevant documents and communications.
- Ensure all archiving practices and communication protocols are in compliance with the regulations and guidelines set by the National Center for Documents and Archives.
- Implement strategies for the digitization of administrative communications and archival materials, optimizing processes for efficiency and accessibility.
- Adhere to all relevant administrative communication and archival processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring consistency and legal compliance across all operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, or a relevant field is a plus.
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Government & Admin Affairs, or a related role.
