Job Role: SkillPlus trainer

A SkillPlus trainer is the one that drives the program by acting as a mentor and a

facilitator to the students, and as a promoter of the program. Main responsibilities would

include delivering content and conducting assessments as per the schedule, and

assisting the students with placements.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

● Delivering the content to the SkillPlus students as per the given schedule

● Nominating students for placements and assisting them with the application

process

● Maintaining documentation in all the technological platforms

● Participating in training sessions

● Providing the required data to the functional heads on time

● Presenting the quarterly progress reports

● Conducting inauguration, orientation and graduation ceremonies

● Engaging non SkillPlus students for good will activities

Skills and key competencies required:

● Fluency in English language

● Familiarity with MS Office tools

● Collaborative skills and ability to work in teams

● Strong training and mentoring experience

● Ability to pick up technical skills

● Report writing

Location requirements:

Selected candidates would be required to undergo a rigorous training for 45-60 days

from Deshpande Skilling campus, Hubli. Post training, they will be deployed at any of

the colleges affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
