We are seeking a creative and motivated Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support and grow our organisation’s visibility, engagement, and brand presence. If you are a strategic thinker with strong content creation skills and a passion for storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social content across platforms
  • Maintain a minimum of three posts per week
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions

Direct Mail Campaigns

  • Coordinate and deliver quarterly direct mail pieces
  • Support audience segmentation, messaging, and distribution

Content Creation

  • Produce compelling videos, from concept to final edit
  • Design visual tiles and digital assets for social and web use

Branding

  • Uphold and evolve our organisation’s brand identity
  • Ensure consistency across all communication channels and materials

Grants & Communication Support

  • Assist with grant identification, research, and communication requirements
  • Support reporting, storytelling, and impact narratives related to funded projects

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
  • Experience with grants or non-profit communication (desired but not essential)

A gross monthly salary range EGP 10000 per month will be offered. This is not negotiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 per month
