1. Communication Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts and prepare official statements when needed.

2. Digital Media Management

  • Oversee all digital channels including website, social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars, publish high-performing digital content, and optimize online presence.
  • Monitor digital trends and recommend innovations to improve engagement and reach.

3. Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Produce or supervise the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and communication standards.
  • Develop key messages, press releases, speeches, and corporate materials.

4. Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute social media strategies for brand growth and audience engagement.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Oversee community management and influencer engagement when applicable.

5. Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, and agencies.
  • Coordinate media coverage, press conferences, interviews, and events.
  • Draft press releases and manage media inquiries.

6. Campaign & Project Management

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, events, and leadership.
