Communications Director

Qualifications

Graduation from high school or GED. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a closely related field. Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in communications, public relations, media relations, or a related field. Experience in a governmental, educational, or public sector environment preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one prior to appointment.
