Location: Hybrid / Remote (U.S.-Based)
Travel: Up to 4 weeks per year OCONUS (Iraq)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Communications Engineer to serve as the RF and communications subject matter expert for a distributed maritime C4ISR environment. This role focuses on microwave point-to-point system design, radar integration, and communications validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate microwave point-to-point (PTP) links
• Perform link budget analysis and RF path studies
• Support radar and EO/IR subsystem integration
• Contribute to technical review packages
• Support on-site installation and Site Operational Verification Testing (SOVT)

Qualifications

• BSEE required
• 7+ years of experience designing and installing microwave PTP systems
• Experience using tools such as LINKPlanner or similar
• Experience with RF communications and integrated C4ISR systems
