Communications Executive — International Client Relations

ABOUT THE ROLE

EccentricOne is an IT company headquartered on Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. We work with professional clients and partners based in the US, UK, and Canada — and we communicate with them daily via Google Meet and professional video platforms.

We are hiring a Communications Executive to be the face of those conversations.

This is a relationship and communication role — not sales, not cold calling, not social media. You will join video calls with educated international professionals, represent EccentricOne articulately, understand their requirements, and build lasting professional relationships through confident, formal communication.

If you graduated recently, speak excellent English, and are comfortable — even energised — by professional on-camera interaction, this role is a direct path to a high-value international communications career.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
──────────────────────────────────

• Conduct professional video meetings with international clients and partners via Google Meet and Zoom
• Present company services clearly and confidently on camera to educated international audiences
• Build and maintain professional relationships through consistent follow-up and formal communication
• Research client backgrounds and prepare for meetings with relevant industry context
• Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams and coordinate responses
• Write formal, professional emails and correspondence in polished business English

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised university (minimum 3.0 CGPA or First Division)
• Fluent, formal English — spoken and written — at a professional business level
• Confident, professional on-camera presence — you will be on video calls daily
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, English Literature, Economics, or related field

Preferred (not required):

• Participation in debating, MUN, public speaking, or similar activities
• Prior internship or project involving client interaction or presentations
• Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 65,000/month based on qualification and interview performance
