ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you enthusiastic, personable, and detail-oriented? We’re looking for a Communications Intern to join our sales and marketing team at Waterfront Restoration. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, helping manage inquiries via phone, text, and email. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our team organized and efficient behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity to build real-world skills in communication, administration, and customer relationship management—perfect for students interested in business, sales, marketing, or communications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Communication Support (90%)

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, texts, and voicemails promptly
• Serve as a helpful and professional first contact for both prospective and existing clients
• Handle common questions and direct others to the appropriate team member

Administrative & CRM Support (10%)

• Assist with customer follow-up and satisfaction tracking
• Maintain internal team calendars and schedules
• Update and organize customer records in our CRM system
• Help draft and edit communications and marketing content
• Attend and support company promotional events
• Assist with campaign implementation and marketing reports

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Part-time work (Avg. 10 hours per week) of training remotely begins in April. (IF you are available- Not Required)
• Full-time work (40-50 hours per week) starts in May and ends at the end of August each year. We can work with you to schedule your start and end dates around your school’s schedule.
• An opportunity to work part-time during the off-season months may be available.

COMPENSATION:

$17–$18 per hour, depending on experience
