Communications Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about study abroad services.
  • Follow up with leads promptly via calls, messages, and emails; schedule counselling sessions and assist in client conversion.
  • Maintain detailed records of all calls, queries, follow-ups, and applications in CRM/Excel.
  • Receive leads via WeTarseel, conduct initial outreach, guide clients through form completion, and book sessions.
  • Update lead records in Trello using the established template, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Sync lead status across Trello and WeTarseel with proper labels, timestamps, notes, and tags based on client conversations.
  • Liaise between prospective clients and the counselling team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication of client needs.
  • Flag operational issues and client feedback to management on time.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and text.
  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and digital platforms; familiarity with WeTarseel and Trello is a plus. However, the company will teach these tools as well.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet follow-up targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or the educational consultancy industry is a plus.
