AlUla Club is seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of effective communication strategies that enhance the club's brand and engage various stakeholders. This role involves creating content, managing communication channels, and assisting with media relations to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Responsibilities
Internal Communication

Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep staff, players, and stakeholders informed and engaged.

Create newsletters, announcements, and internal updates aligned with club objectives.

Support internal events and briefings by providing effective communication materials.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.
External Communication

Develop content and messaging for media, fans, sponsors, and community partners.

Ensure consistency of the club’s voice across all platforms and campaigns.

Manage press releases, media relations, and public statements in coordination with media teams.
Content Development & Campaign Support

Support marketing and social media teams with content creation, including writing, editing, and reviewing materials.

Collaborate on campaigns, fan engagement initiatives, and sponsorship activations.

Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Crisis & Issue Management

Support the club in managing communication during crises or sensitive situations.

Coordinate rapid response messaging with relevant stakeholders.

Monitor media coverage and provide timely updates to management.
Reporting & Analysis

Track and report on communication campaign effectiveness, media coverage, and audience engagement.

Provide recommendations to improve messaging, reach, and fan or stakeholder impact.
Requirements
Required Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Education and Qualifications

Master’s degree in Sports Media, Communications, Public Relations, or Sports Marketing
Required Years of Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience in communications, media relations, or public relations (preferably in sports clubs,
- entertainment, or large-scale events).
