Communications & Visual Media Executive

HRSG SSP is currently looking for the Communications & Visual Media Executive for one of their precious client at Sahiwal, Pakistan.

The role is responsible for creating, managing, and delivering communication, visual, and multimedia content aligned with business strategy and organizational goals. The position also supports branding, leadership communications, events, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review achievement posts aligned with annual strategy and goals.
• Handle basic photography, videography, and video creation for Regional and Global platforms.
• Design visuals, posters, presentations, and slide decks with business understanding.
• Edit captions and communication content.
• Support R&R nominations, Town Halls (as Host/MC), and senior leadership communications.
• Manage communication repositories, site visits, and virtual site tours (360 camera).
• Conduct branding assessments and manage print media vendors, including negotiations and bidding.

Skills Required:

• Video brief creation and storyline development.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Basic photography and videography knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Clipchamp.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in communications, media, or visual content creation.
• Experience in corporate or large-scale organizational environments will be an advantage.

Starting Salary: 100,000/- per month
