Communicative English Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons focused on communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Create a classroom environment that encourages student interaction, discussion, and confidence in speaking English.
• Use communicative teaching methods such as role-plays, debates, presentations, group work, and real-life language activities.
• Assess students’ language proficiency through tests, oral presentations, assignments, and continuous evaluation.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs and proficiency levels of diverse learners.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Prepare students for academic requirements, examinations, and practical language use.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school meetings, trainings, and activities.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school administration.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or B.Ed. (preferred).
• Proven experience teaching English at the high school level.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Training or experience in Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
