Communicative English Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Trainer to lead the learning delivery for school students, build the capability of teachers, and support the end-to-end operations of the Learning Lab. This role involves conducting engaging sessions for students, designing and delivering teacher training programs, managing program execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across partner schools.. The position requires excellent facilitation skills, operational ownership, and openness to occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

 Student Learning Delivery

 Conduct interactive, activity-based learning sessions for school students across different age groups.

 Facilitate programs focused on communication, life skills, creativity, and behavioral development.

 Adapt content provided by the company to cater to diverse learning levels and classroom environments.

 Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere that aligns with child-safeguarding norms.

 Teacher Training & Capacity Building

 Design and deliver training workshops for teachers on pedagogy, classroom engagement, and skill-based learning, using company-provided content.

 Coach and mentor teachers to effectively implement the Learning Lab curriculum and activities.

 Observe classroom delivery, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement.

 Develop training modules, guides, and evaluation frameworks to build teacher capabilities.

 Program Operations & Coordination  Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of Learning Lab sessions across schools.

 Coordinate with internal teams, school leadership, and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery.

 Track participation, learning outcomes, and training effectiveness using reports and dashboards.

 Maintain documentation, training records, and ensure operational compliance.

 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program quality, scalability, and impact.

 Travel occasionally to partner schools or locations for delivery, monitoring, and training. Required Qualifications & Skills  Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, , HR, or a related field.

 7+ years of experience in teaching, training, or learning & development, preferably in school or child-focused programs.

 Proven experience in training teachers or conducting Train-the-Trainer programs.

 Strong facilitation, classroom management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

 Ability to manage multiple schools and programs with operational ownership.

 Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital learning tools.

 Willingness to travel occasionally as per program needs.  Preferred Attributes

 Experience delivering similar training programs to schools and teachers.

 Strong leadership qualities, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

 Ability to use data to measure learning impact and improve program outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
