Community Manager – 100+ Unit Apartment Community

Type: Full-time or Contract (Transition to Full-time possible)

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Appartment Manager to take full operational control of a ~150-unit apartment community and short-term rental units. Candidate must be able to run the property independently with minimal to no onboarding.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing 100+ unit apartment community
• Experience taking over third-party managed property preferred
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, Guesty, RemoteLock, Airbnb, etc)
• Able to operate independently without training
• Short-term rental experience (Airbnb / VR units)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
