Join our vibrant Mobile Home community as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Community Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents and visitors alike. Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Assist in coordinating community events, activities, and meetings to promote resident engagement
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Conduct routine safety checks of common areas and report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team
  • Distribute community notices, and important updates to residents effectively
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized community space to ensure a welcoming environment for all

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward resolving resident concerns
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as email, word processing, and data management tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Previous experience in customer service or community engagement is a plus but not required
  • Enthusiasm for creating positive experiences and fostering a sense of community

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
