Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Assist in coordinating community events, activities, and meetings to promote resident engagement
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary
- Conduct routine safety checks of common areas and report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team
- Distribute community notices, and important updates to residents effectively
- Support the management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized community space to ensure a welcoming environment for all
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward resolving resident concerns
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as email, word processing, and data management tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
- Previous experience in customer service or community engagement is a plus but not required
