Community Associate / Customer Service

Looking for a Full time, Monday thru Friday person that is professional, upbeat, hardworking, able to multi-task, friendly, positive attitude, great customer service, able to handle situations that can be stressful. This position has full benefits.

Duties include but not limited to:

* Client support including greeting and signing in guests and notifying appropriate personnel of clients/appointments

*Answering and routing calls on a multiple phone line

*Provide general administrative support, which includes phone coverage, day-to-day operations and assigned projects.

*Keeping kitchen areas neat and clean

*Processing Mail

*Making reservations for offices and conference rooms

Requirements

*Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations

* Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi task in a demanding environment

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

*Ability to operate basic office equipment

***Professional attire and positive attitude is a must!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
