Chandler based Homeowner Association management company seeking individual to provide professional community management services to a portfolio of homeowner associations.
Prior experience in homeowner association management is preferred. Must be able to work with the different Boards of Directors including preparing for and attending meetings, understanding of budgets, and must be able to assist homeowners in a calm, professional manner. Computer skills in Word, Excel, financial accounting and internet capabilities are required. Must be able to type, create and process letters and must have excellent communication and people skills. Reliable transportation required. Generally is M-F 8a-4p but an occasional weekend day may be required based on meeting schedules.
