Job Description:
We are seeking a Community Association Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various properties in the Naples area. This role involves working with the Board of Directors, site inspections, attending Board of Directors' meeting and working with community vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project management.
- Manage communities in compliance with governing documents.
- Understand and implement the terms and conditions of the Management Contract.
- Respond to board and resident phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare for, attend, and present Manager’s Reports at Board of Directors (BOD) meetings; take and transcribe minutes, and ensure clear communication with the BOD, vendors, and the internal team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Critical Skills:
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with Boards, unit owners, and vendors.
- Communicate regularly and clearly with Board members and residents.
- Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills, especially under deadlines.
- Stay informed about relevant state and regulatory statutes.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid CAM license issued by the State of Florida.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- A motivated team player with a positive attitude.
