Community Association Manager (HOA)

Faith Pro LLC is a locally owned and growing HOA and property management company serving Northern Colorado. We are actively hiring a Community Association Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a professional with experience in HOA or residential property management who understands community operations, vendor coordination, financial oversight, and professional communication. This role is ideal for someone currently managing communities — or someone with strong property management experience and meaningful HOA exposure — who is ready to grow within a structured and supportive environment.

About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of homeowner associations and serve as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors. Our leadership team believes in clear expectations, sustainable portfolio management, and strong internal support so our managers can focus on leading their communities effectively.

This position offers both stability and opportunity for long-term growth within the HOA division.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned HOA communities
  • Lead and support Board meetings
  • Review financial statements and assist with annual budget preparation
  • Coordinate vendors and oversee maintenance and capital projects
  • Conduct property inspections and oversee covenant compliance
  • Guide Boards through governance and procedural decisions
  • Ensure compliance with CCIOA and applicable Colorado statutes
  • Maintain professional and timely communication

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HOA and/or residential property management experience
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors preferred
  • Exposure to HOA governing documents, budgeting, or covenant enforcement strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple communities with professionalism and follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check

M-100 Certification highly recommended.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
