Position Summary

As a Community Association Manager (CAM), you will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of assigned community associations, which may include both on-site communities and assigned associations depending on experience and placement.

You will work closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and internal support teams to keep operations running smoothly, maintain financial accountability, and provide responsive community service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of assigned community associations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Boards, homeowners, vendors, and staff
  • Implement and oversee association operations in accordance with governing documents and management agreements
  • Assist with preparation of annual budgets and financial reporting
  • Monitor expenses, assessments, and delinquent accounts
  • Enforce community rules and regulations consistently
  • Respond to resident and Board inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
  • Support both on-site and off-site community operations as needed

Compensation

  • Starting salary range: $75,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience, licensing (LCAM), and assignment scope.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities available.
