Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

About Us

At Empowering Integrated Care Solutions (EICS), we take an innovative, person-centered approach to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health needs.

We are a mission-driven organization focused on delivering mental health interventions adapted to meet the unique needs of individuals with IDD, supporting improved outcomes and quality of life through a person-centered approach to care.

Position Overview

In this role, you will deliver individualized mental health interventions adapted for individuals with IDD, supporting a range of needs from skill development to more complex clinical presentations, while collaborating with internal teams, community providers, and system partners.

Advanced Training & Innovative Practice Opportunities

At EICS, QMHS staff have the opportunity to receive advanced training and be part of innovative initiatives focused on adapting mental health interventions to effectively support individuals with IDD in real-world settings.

All EICS programs are CARF-accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), reflecting our commitment to quality, person-centered, and outcomes-driven care.

EICS also engages in ongoing program development and partnership-based initiatives, including:

  • Collaboration with the University of Missouri–Kansas City LifeCourse Nexus Team

  • Support a positive team culture and contribute to the agency’s continuous quality improvement (CQI) process
