Community Book Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and self-motivated individuals to promote and sell our high-quality children’s books within their local community and personal network. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys reading, loves interacting with people, and prefers flexible work that can easily fit around family life, studies, or another job.

As a Children’s Book Sales Representative, you will introduce families, schools, kindergartens, learning centres, parent groups, and community organisations to our engaging, educational titles. You manage your own schedule — and your income increases with your effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell children’s books within your neighbourhood and personal network
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, schools, kindergartens, and local groups
• Attend fairs, community events, or online groups to showcase books (optional but advantageous)
• Provide clear product information, assist customers in choosing suitable books, and manage orders
• Achieve monthly sales targets to maximise commission income
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain follow-ups to encourage repeat sales

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in communicating with people
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Passionate about children’s education, learning, and literacy
• Has a strong local network (parents, teachers, after-school centres, community groups, etc.)
• Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email) for sharing and promoting products
• Sales experience is a plus but not required, as full training and support are provided

Earning Potential

• Unlimited earning potential
• Part-time representatives generally earn ₺20,000 – ₺120,000+ per month, depending on effort and sales volume
• Performance bonuses and incentives may also be offered
• Complete flexibility no fixed working hours
