Community Channel Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:


1. Be familiar with the gameplay, rules and user characteristics of mainstream social platforms in the United States, understand the traffic types and trends of various ecosystem players, establish good cooperative relationships with community group owners, formulate social channel traffic operation plans and build a social channel ecosystem in the United States, and be responsible for the GMV of the channels.

2. Based on the insights of American consumers and the characteristics of the supply inventory, sort out the product trend insights and analysis of the channels, output supply and rights and interests demands, and formulate channel × supply placement strategies. Form a localized social promotion plan from the perspective of product specifications - supply - placement, and collaborate with multiple cross-departmental teams to enhance the off-site exposure and transaction conversion of AE's American inventory.

3. Systematically analyze the placement data of each channel and each community, analyze the user conversion funnel, propose optimization plans, and form personalized, professional and productized business cooperation plans and ROI improvement plans.


1、 熟悉美国主流社群平台玩法、规则及用户特性,了解各种生态玩家的流量类型、流量玩法的趋势,与社群群主建立良好的合作关系,制定美国社群流量运营计划并构建美国社群渠道生态,为渠道GMV负责。

2、 基于美国消费者洞察及供给货盘特性,梳理渠道产品趋势洞察和分析、输出供给及权益需求、制定渠道×供给投放策略。从品规-供给-投放角度形成本地化社群推广方案,并协同多个跨部门团队合作,提升AE美国货盘的站外曝光与成交转化。

3、 体系化分析各渠道/各社群的投放数据,分析用户转化漏斗,提出优化方案,形成个性化、专业化、产品化的业务合作方案和收益ROI提升方案。


Qualifications

1. More than 3-5 years of relevant experience in traffic channels, including shopping guides, social media, major overseas websites, and mainstream network channels. Those with experience in community traffic operation are preferred.

2. Possess successful experience in creating traffic models in the past and understand the traffic operation of community systems.

3. Excellent abilities in demand insight, communication and collaboration, data analysis and evaluation, strong execution and driving power.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking, high work commitment, and strong stress resistance.
