Community & Creator Growth Manager

We are looking for a  Community & Creator Growth Manager  to help us grow and activate our creator community while supporting travel-based creator experiences and partnerships.

This is a  high-energy, creator-facing, people-first position  for someone who understands TikTok culture, knows how to motivate creators, and can confidently lead community engagement, creator activation, and on-the-ground coordination for hotel and activity experiences. This is not a traditional social media role, talent manager role, or influencer manager role.

You’ll play a big role in helping us scale our creator roster, keep creators engaged and posting, and support the execution of creator activations tied to hospitality partners.

If you’re organized, outgoing, fast-moving, comfortable on camera, and excited by the creator economy, travel, and startup growth, you could be a strong fit.

Who are we?

Iffert Media is one of only  12 certified TikTok GO agencies in the country , and we’re building a fast-growing creator community around travel, hospitality, and activty opportunities.

We’re entering a major growth phase, including expansion into a large studio, Tennessee’s only  Creator Hub and dedicated Livestream Facility . This is an opportunity to get in early, grow with the company, and help shape the future of a unique creator ecosystem.

Creator Community & Activation

• Lead daily engagement inside our creator community, primarily through Discord
• Motivate creators to stay active, post consistently, and participate in opportunities
• Run creator trainings and coaching calls
• Help develop creator education resources
• Be a visible and trusted presence in the community
• Assist with creator recruitment efforts through DM outreach and in-person networking at events
• Help turn interested creators into active, participating creators

Event & Partner Coordination

• Support hotel based creator activations and hospitality partnerships
• Coordinate creator logistics and communication tied to hotel stays and other opportunities
• Help ensure creator experiences run smoothly from communication to execution
• Serve as a point of contact between creators and hotel related activations when needed
• Help coordinate creator-focused events such as hotel stays, local meetups, and activities
• Support on-site execution during creator experiences and hospitality activations
• Represent Iffert Media professionally and confidently in creator-facing environments
• Help creators stay informed, prepared, and aligned during event activations

Content & Communication

• Create occasional TikTok content that supports creator recruitment, education, and community energy
• Help communicate expectations, opportunities, and updates to our creators
• Contribute ideas for improving creator engagement, participation, and retention

• Comfortable giving direction and holding people accountable
• Excited by creator culture, travel, hospitality, and community building
• Comfortable being on camera and being a visible part of the community

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a creator, hospitality, community, or events role
• Strong understanding of TikTok and creator culture
• Comfortable managing a high volume of communication and follow through
• Ability to work in-person at our studio in downtown Nashville
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong organization and execution skills
• Own a laptop
