Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Employment Supports Supervisor to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will oversee and support a team that provides employment services and supports to individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Community Employment Supports staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and monitor employment support services for individuals in the community.
- Develop and implement individualized employment plans in collaboration with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with community partners, employers, and service providers to expand employment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to client progress and program outcomes.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members.
- Address and resolve any client or staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in employment supports, vocational rehabilitation, or related services.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources, employment services, and disability supports.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community visits.
