Community Engagement Leader

A Community Engagement Leader is responsible for developing, leading, and managing community relations programs and outreach initiatives to foster strong relationships with community members, organizations, and local government. The role involves coordinating community events, promoting participation in programs, acting as a liaison with media and stakeholders, and communicating effectively across diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing community outreach and engagement strategies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, government officials, and media.
• Organizing meetings, events, and programs to support community engagement goals.
• Creating marketing and communication materials to promote community initiatives.
• Reporting on engagement efforts and providing updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing collaborations with multiple community partners and agencies.
• Serving as a spokesperson and representative for the organization in the community.
• Overseeing community projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Pay: ₹13,993.66 - ₹27,926.35 per month
