Position Title: Community Engagement & Marketing Officer

Department: Marketing / Community Relations

Location: Allahwala Town, Korangi, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time 8 Hrs.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated professional for the position of Community Engagement & Marketing Officer to strengthen community relations, promote organizational services, and support marketing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• BSc
• BBA
• MBA

Additional certifications in marketing, communications, or public relations will be an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

• Community engagement
• Marketing
• Public relations
• Business development
• Healthcare or corporate sector marketing and arrange camp

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and clients.

• Plan and execute marketing and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities and outreach programs.
• Visit organizations, institutions, and partners for business and engagement activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and maintain communication records.
• Support branding and organisational visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of marketing plans.
• Perform responsibilities assigned according to the job designation and organizational requirements.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
