- Researching country pavilions and fair participant companies
- Communicating with decision-making institutions and individuals
- Providing appropriate stand solutions by analyzing customer needs
- Receiving stand design briefs and coordinating with the design team
- Preparing offers and providing support to pricing processes
- Managing the sales process from first contact to contract signing
- Developing the existing customer portfolio and maintaining relationships
- Keeping CRM records organized and reporting
- Experience in sales, trade fair or event industry (preferred)
- Strong communication, research and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented, organized and result-oriented working habits
- Ability to prepare presentations and proposals
