Community-Focused House Cleaner – $25–$30/hr – Flexible & Supportive (Yolo County)

To start, all new hires complete a one-week paid training period, so we can evaluate time management and cleaning skills, and you’ll work alongside a partner, so two people tackle each house, ensuring a thorough, supportive team approach. Responsibilities:

• Clean homes with care and attention to detail (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms)
• Follow a checklist for consistency and quality
• Communicate openly with the team and clients

Compensation / Pay:

Payment is per job based on home size:

• 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom – $80
• 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom – $100
• 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom – $120
• 4 Bedroom / 2+ Bathroom – $150+

Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning jobs pay more.

Paid training week – the hours worked will count toward your regular pay once you officially start.

Expected Hours / Schedule:

• Flexible schedule – choose your hours during weekdays
• Most jobs scheduled between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Each cleaning takes 2–4 hours depending on home size
• Option to swap shifts with other cleaners
