Community Habilitation & Respite Worker

Two positions are being filled for a young lady that is in the Self Direction program through the OPWDD. Flexible hours but mostly after school (3pm-8pm) and some weekends are desired. Reimbursements for activity fees (including food) and transportation when in the community are available.

Community Habilitation Worker ($22/hour)- to work on skill building, ADL's, healthy living skills, social skills and safety skills. Up to 10 hours a week are available. Previous Com Hab experience is desired.

Respite Worker ($18/hour)- Playing board games and other recreational activities and general sitting service. Up to 12 hours a week are available. Previous Respite or babysitting experience is desired.

The same worker can potentially be hired for both positions.
