Community Health Director

Job Description

La Gloria de Calvillo is seeking a highly experienced Community Health Director to lead and develop health programs aimed at improving the community's quality of life. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing health initiatives, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with approved health standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and programs to promote public health within the community.
• Manage and implement awareness and prevention campaigns.
• Coordinate with health institutions and relevant government authorities.
• Analyze health data and prepare periodic reports.
• Supervise work teams and provide necessary guidance.
• Ensure adherence to approved health policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in community health or health program management.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: 28,000 Qatari Riyals (QAR) per month.
