Schedule: 9AM–2PM (Weekday or Saturday shifts available)

The Role: Community Host

We are seeking two motivated women with existing businesses who want:

• A professional space to operate from
• Increased visibility
• Client meeting access
• Daily networking opportunities
• Revenue-sharing potential

This is not a traditional hourly job.
This is a partnership-based leadership opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the space (9AM–2PM)
• Light hospitality (coffee/tea setup)
• Welcome members & guests
• Follow up with membership inquiries
• Promote the Hub consistently
• Bring in new members
• Host or coordinate at least 1 workshop monthly
• Maintain a clean, professional atmosphere

Ideal Candidates

You already own or operate a business such as:

• Tax professional
• Credit repair specialist
• Doula
• Business coach
• Real estate agent
• Insurance agent
• Grant writer
• Branding consultant
• Content strategist

Compensation Structure

• Monthly operational stipend

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
