  • Can lead with heart, communicate with clarity, and stay organized under pressure

  • Have a background in human services, health care, or disability services (bonus points for supervisory experience!)

  • Are ready to roll up your sleeves and make everyday moments extraordinary

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Services, Health Care, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ year experience in disability services or healthcare setting (more is even better!)

  • Willingness to complete required trainings (Leadership, Medication Management, etc.)

What You’ll Get

  • A rewarding career with a purpose

  • A supportive team that celebrates each other’s wins

  • Professional development opportunities

  • The chance to lead, grow, and leave a legacy in your community

  • Oh, and plenty of coffee, smiles, and meaningful connections
