At New Hope, we believe every person deserves to live a life full of dignity, opportunity, and community. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As the Community Living Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our community living program, ensuring our individuals receive safe, supportive, and engaging services 24/7. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Community Support Staff
Coordinating day-to-day operations in several community living homes
Building strong, trusting relationships with families, guardians, and community partners
Overseeing program planning, service documentation, medication oversight, and budget management
Ensuring homes are safe, clean, and feel like home
Promoting people-first practices and inclusive values
Coordinating program activities, staffing schedules, and lifting team morale (yes, we like puns)
Making sure we meet all Medicaid and agency compliance requirements
Love working with people and creating positive change
Can lead with heart, communicate with clarity, and stay organized under pressure
Have a background in human services, health care, or disability services (bonus points for supervisory experience!)
Are ready to roll up your sleeves and make everyday moments extraordinary
Associate’s degree in Human Services, Health Care, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ year experience in disability services or healthcare setting (more is even better!)
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Willingness to complete required trainings (Leadership, Medication Management, etc.)
A rewarding career with a purpose
A supportive team that celebrates each other’s wins
Professional development opportunities
The chance to lead, grow, and leave a legacy in your community
Oh, and plenty of coffee, smiles, and meaningful connections
If you're ready to make a real impact, inspire others, and help individuals with disabilities live their best lives, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us build communities where everyone belongs.
